The sides of a triangle are 4x cm 5x + 3cm and 7x - 1cm. If the perimeter of the triangle is 130cm, What is the lenght of the shortest side of triangle?

Ok, let´s see the answer
the sides are :
4x
5x + 3
7x - 1
we have the perimeter, then :
4x + 5x + 3 + 7x - 1 = 130
16x = 130 - 2
16x = 128
x = 128 / 16
x = 8 cm
also :
1° lado = 4 * 8 = 32cm
2° lado = 5 * 8 + 3 = 43
3° lado = 7 * 8 - 1 = 55
so, the shortest side will be : 32cm
This is the answer.
