Brown Butter Cookies

Ingredients :

2 cups butter

2 cups brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 / 2 baking powder

1 / 2 teaspoon salt

3 cups allpurpose flour

2 / 3 cup chpped pecans

3 1 / 2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 / 2 cup hot water

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

2 Heat butter over medium heat for 5 min.

Then remove it and cool slightly

3 Pour remaining broned butter into a large mixing bowl Mix in the eggs, vanilla teaspoons, baking soda, baking powder and salt Beat throughtly and mix in flour and chopped pecans

4 Bake for 10 minon the preheated oven

5 Mix in a bowl browned butter with vanilla teaspoons, confectioned sugar and hot water, beat it until smooth and frost cooled cookies.
