Scrambled eggs :

Ingredients : - One or two eggs, depending on how big you want it to be.

- Salt - Pepper - Oil or butter, whichever you prefer

Preparation : - First, crack open the eggs on a bowl - Whisk the eggs gently, but don't whisk too much, you don't want them fully mixed - Place your pan onto the stove and set it to mid heat.

- Add a bit of oil or butter on the pan and let it heat up / melt - Add the eggs to the pan.

You can now add salt and pepper - Let the eggs cook just a bit until some of it hardens, then slowly move the eggs around the pan - Continue to move them around the pan until you think it's done.

Don't overdo it, though, or they won't get the fluffy texture.

Ingredientes : - Uno o dos huevos, dependiendo de cómo de grande quieres que sea.

- Sal - Pimienta - Aceite o mantequilla

Preparación : - Rompe los huevos y añádelos a un bol - Bate los huevos lentamente.

No los batas demasiado, no los queremos completamente mezclados.

- Pon tu sartén a fuego medio.

- Añade un poco de aceite o de mantequilla y déjalo que se caliente / derrita.

- Vierte los huevos en la sartén.

Añade sal y pimienta - Deja que los huevos se cocinen un poco, no mucho, y empieza a moverlos lentamente - Sigue moviéndolos hasta que creas que están listo.

No lo dejes demasiado tiempo o no conseguirás esa textura cremosa.
