Desmenuzar la levadura y la disolviar en el agua tibia.

- Colocar la harina en forma de corona sobre una mesa de madera y echar en el centro, de a poco, el agua con la levadura diluida.

Unir la masa, agregó el aceite de oliva y la sal y amasar hasta obtener un bollo bien elástico.
