Necesito que me ayuden , preparacion y ingredientes del ceviche en ingles?

- Lemon (Limon) - Red Onion (Cebolla morada) - Sole fish (Pez suela) - Salt (Sal) - Garlic (Ajo) - Chili (Ají) - Coriander (Cilantro o culantro)

Preparation : - The fish must be cold, put it on the fridge or use ice cubes.

- Once the fish is cold enough, chop it on little cubes pieces.

- Put them in a bowl.

- Add a little bit of salt and mix it.

- Add the limon juice and mix it.

- Add the red onion.

You could slice it or not, it relies on your taste.

- Add the garlic and coriander, well chopped.

- Finally, add chii on your taste and serve it.

- Enjoy
