Salt225 gr shredded mozzarella cheese1 tsp.

Steps

30 minutes

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and sauté them in oil in garlic and salt.

Drain and reserve.

Brush the crust of the dough with oil.

Put cheese, tomato and basil on top.

Spray with oil.

In a preheated oven at 260º C introduce the pizza (in an ideal oven) for 8 - 10 minutes or until the crust is browned and the cheese begins to bubble.
