Past continous :
Affirmative : Subject + was / were + verb - ing
Negative : Subject + wasn´t / weren´t + verb - ing
Question : Was / Were + subject + verb - ing
EJEMPLOS / EXAMPLES :
A : you were playing football
He was climbing the hill
N : You weren´t playing football
He wasn´t climbing the hill
Q : Were you playing football?
Was he climbing the hill?
