Last night I came to this hospital in order to see my cousin, who needs special cares, when I was in the waiting room I had to go to the bathroom, I was on my way and I almost fell down, the floor was still wet and there wasn't any kind of sign about it.

I want to tell you that this may be dangerous, so please be very careful in this aspect, there could be an accident at any moment.

I tried to report this and the people of your staff weren't there to help me.

I know you can improve your service.
