Dear sales manager,
I sent this letter of complaint because the last shipment of steel does not match our order of September 3.
On that date, we placed an order and paid 75 hardened steel tubes, 4 inches wide and 15 feet long.
Today, we receive the products and they have the wrong dimensions, since they have a width of 3 inches instead of 4 ".
At this moment this material does not work for us.
