Ingredients for a mugcake (large cup) : 1 / 2 tza of natural oat flakes1 / 4 pza of banana2 Tbsp Greek yogurt2 Tbsp milk light (or vegetable milk of your choice)1 / 2 cdita of baking powder1 - 2 sachets of Stevia or Splenda1 egg (only the clear one can be used)Cinnamon powder to tasteOptional :

Sparks of bitter chocolate or dehydrated cranberries to tastepreparation : Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips or blueberries) to form a homogeneous and thick paste.

If the mixture is too thick to liquefy add a little more milk.

Pour the mixture into a safe cup or mold for the microwave.

If you wish, add chocolate chips or blueberries.

Bake in the microwave for about a minute.

Make sure it is well cooked by inserting a toothpick and checking that it comes out clean.
