En resumen
Ok perimeter is the sum of all the sides of a rectangle , then they say that you have a 10m and 14m , so as the rectangle have 4 sides then you do this : 10x2 + 14x2 , Cause there are 2 sides that have 14m long and 10m long , and then just Multiply and Add 20 + 28 = 48.
