1 - it's more probably that someone steal it if you neglect

2 - it might cause addiction

3 - it interrupt other important activities

4 - it can cause health damage because of the radio - frequency.

¿Como puedo escribir una rutina de una persona en inglés?

Para hacerlo tiene que escribirte la rutina esa persona a ti, luego escribela en tercera persona utilizando he o she y por ultimo escribela sin tener ningún error o fallo. Espero haberte ayudado saludos!
