Just as she was finishing her meal, my order arrived. It was cold. The waitress must have forgotten to pick it up when it was hot. I didn’t complain about the por service, but I decided not to leave a tip, although I am normally a very generous tipper. My friend, however, insiste don leaving a tip herself, as she said the service she received was fine. I told her I thought she was wrong to do this. For one thing , she was my guest.
