Comparative adjectives

Use the comparative form to show the difference between two objects or people.

• Adjectives with one syllable add - er.

Example :

Katherine is taller than Meylin.

• One syllable adjectives ending with COSONANT + VOWEL + CONSONANT double the last consonant and add –er.

Example : x2 consonant
