Read the text and write T or true F for false . A few years ago . I bought a house by a lake near a forest the area was a little spooky, especially at night i used to work long hours then , so i went home late in the evening . One night, i was going back home when the strangest thing happened. I came around a corner and to my surprise , a strange creature was standing in the middle of the road , i`m sure it was frightened by the car`s lights because all of a sudden , it disappeared into the water . I was lucky i didn`t crash into it . I stopped the car but i was really scared so i didn`t get out . I just drove home and went back with my camera the next day to look for clues , but i couldn`t find anything . All of my friends tought it was one of my ghost stories but, amazingly , i noticed a story in the newspaper about a strange creature . The picture on the front page was not clear enought to prove anything for sure , but to me it was obvious . It was the same creature! 1. the incident happened while the writer was going to the lake . __ 2. The man scared the creature. __ 3. The writer look lots of pictures with his / her camera . __ 4. The writer`s friends didn`t believe him / her . __ 5. The picture in the newspaper was very clear , so he / she could prove that a monster lived in the lake. __.
