Esta bien ya que estas usando la regla de los ingleses que es
PRONOMBREPERSONAL + HAVE / HAS + NOT + COMPLEMENTO
Pero si prefieres el de EEUU es así :
PRONOMBRE PERSONAL + DO / DOES + NOT + COMPLEMENTO
Quedaría así :
Sally doesn't has two girls
Sally no tiene dos niñas.
Pero advierto la primera está buena.
