El presente continuo como dice la frase es para expresar oraciones en presente por ejemplo en español
yo estoy comiendo chocolate
I am eating chocolat
bueno para el presente continuo tenemos algunas reglas
los pronombres son
I (yo) y se utiliza el "am" quedaria I am (yo soy o yo estoy)
he(el) se utiliza el is quedaria he is (el esta o el es)
she(ella) tambien el is
it(eso) tambien el is
they(ellos) aca utilizamos el are quedaria they are (ellos son o ellos estan)
you (tu) tambien el are
we (nosotros) tambien el are
asi pudes agregar los verbos y complementos y puedes crear oraciones en presente
como
I am eating fruits
she is beautiful
he is very bad
we are the champiaons etc etc.

Y no se te olvidr que el verbo va en presente y con ING que significa ando o endo
por ejemplo
eat comer pero como es continuo que ea una accion que estas haciendo en el momento le agregas el ing y quedaria eating que ea comiendo
ejemplos

run correr running corriendo.
