I´ll compare ipod shuffle and walkman First, price for an ipod shuffle 2nd gen is RM 185 in LYN, while Sony Walkman is RM179, both are in 1 GB. I like the new shuffle as it's smaller and cute design, but sadly I can't see a words on it because no screen.

Regardless of the screen, what concerns me most is the sound quality, how is the sound quality differ between these two products?

I know ipod has become a myth in mp3 players, but does that mean ipod is necessary the best when it comes in sould quality?

Yes, I think that is better than walkman sony.
