Estructura : Affirmative : person + is or are + verb - ing + complement.

Negative : person + isn't or aren't + verb - ing + complement

Interrogative : Is (not) or Are (not) + person + verb - ing + complement.

Affirmative : Maria is washing her car.

Negative : Maria isn't washing her car.

Interrogative : Is Maria washing her car?

Affirmative : They are cooking a barbecue.

Negative : They aren't cooking a barbecue.

Interrogative : Are they cooking a barbecue?

Affirmative : I'm drinking soup.

Negative : I'm not drinking soup.

Interrogative : Am I not drinking soup?
