It has always been though that spanish food is healthy specially this thouht is due to mediterranea diet .

In spain there are lots of national products which are really important to have a wholesome diet and to be in shape such as cereals or a lot of fruit and vegetables they light meal that is not eaten in ather places of the world.

In spain there arent such a great amount of overcuruight people as in other parts of the world and this is because of our cooking habits , are healthier than theones inother places.
