Instructions
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
In a small bowl , stir flour, baking soda and baking powder.
In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar.
Beat in the egg and vainilla.
Slowly, mix all ingredients.
Roull dog into small balls and place ungrased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes, or until golden.
