Me levanto a las 9 de la mañana me lavo los dientes la cara preparo el desayuno para mis hijos y para mi después los baño los cambios y luego cocino les doy el almuerzo luego los llevo a la escuela después tipo 17 horas los voy a buscar de la escuela y luego le doy la merienda después me baño y voy a la escuela yo y después si recién me acuesto a dormir.

I cook, I give them their luch, later I take them to school and after 17 hours I pick them up from school and I give them the snack, later I take a shower and I go to school, and after that I go to bed.

Me gustaria aclarar que usas demasiado pero exageradamente la palabra ''luego''.
