En resumen
Antes que nada debes saber que cuando la oracion usa el ing despues del verbo estamos hablando del tiempo presente continuo y su estructura es : SUJETO + TO BE + VERBO NO TO BE (forma simple) + ING + COMPLEMENTO.

Entonces si te das cuenta delante del ing tienes un verbo en presente simple y antes de eso un verbo to be.
Ejemplo : He is playing soccer * * * * El esta jugando futbol.
