hi my name is jhon im a profesional welder, i work every day in a store that sells figures made by me (they are of metal) my routine is i woke up every day at 4 : 00 am i go to work then i work untill 6 : 00 am and then i eat breakfast i allways eat for brakfast a toast and some coffee after the breakfast i continue with my work till 10 : 00 pm i dont eat lunch because i have cancer in the pancreas so it hurts me i only eat breakfast and dinner, or dinner i eat every day a green apple with honey.
