1 portion pineapple

1 portion mango

1 portion water melon

1 portion kiwi fruit

1 portion mandarin or satsumas

1 portion melon1 portion grapes

1 litre of fizzy drink Colombiana or in UK you can use IRN BRU Scottish Drink.

Preparation1.

Cut separately all the fruit into small pieces and mix then in a large bowl.

2. Fill individually each glass or cup halfway.

3. Add the Fizzy drink Colombiana or INR BRU until overflows the glass or cup.

Note : You can add cream and waffles.

You can decorate the glasses with other fruits

You can serve it with the help of the fork or spoons.
