1 - WHAT KIND OF FESTIVAL YOU WILL HAVE.

A festival, dealing with different cultures and ethnicities of those nationalities

2 - HOW LONG THE FESTIVAL WILL LAST AND WHERE YOU ARE GOING TO HOLD IT.

It could last for at least 2 hours and at maximum four hours .

I would locate in any open place like a park .

3 - WHAT KIND OF ENTERTAINMENT THERE WILL BE.

There could be dance, music or competitions for all attending the event

4 - Any costumes or special clothes people will need to wear?

As will be in an open area you will need to protect your skin with hats or sunglasses and sunscreen.
