Hola necesito dos recetas típicas cubanas en inglés por favor alguien me ayuda?

Ingredients

1 lb.

Cooked shucked meat (skirt, ranch, etc)

1 onion cut into thin slices

1 aji green pepper cut in julienne strips

3 cloves garlic crushed

to taste salt and pepper

1 / 4 tsp.

Cumin powder

1 can 28 oz.

Of tomatoes in their sauce minced

3 tbsp olive oil

1 / 2 glass white wine

1 tablet beef broth

Steps

30 minutes

Put the meat to cook for an hour in water with a little salt.

When it has cooled enough, discard the meat on a large plate and reserve.

In a large saucepan, heat the oil over moderate heat and sauté the onion, pepper and garlic for about 3 mins.

Add the meat and stir well.

Add the can of minced tomatoes with its juice, wine, bay leaves, cumin, broth paste, salt and pepper (to taste).

Mix everything well and cook over low heat, covered for about 30 mins.

Serve old clothes with white rice, black beans and fried ripe bananas.
