Has / have got significa tengo yo tengo un perro - i have got a dog
ella tiene un perro - she has got a dog
recuerda que con I - we - they - you se usa have y con he - she - it se usa has.
Realmente HAVE y HAS pertenecen al mismo verbo (tener) pero has se utiliza en he, she, it porque son la tercera persona del singular y se les añade una s a los verbos, excepto a algunos irregulares, como por ejemplo este que se quita el - VE y se pone la - S.
