Hola Hola Necesito hacer una rutina una rutina para la escuela me levanto a las 6 la mañana me visto tomo un té y me voy a la escuela caminando vuelvo a mi casa almuerzo como a las 2 : 30a las 4 ó a la tarea ordenó mi cuarto a las 6 de la tarde tomó la merienda a las 9 : 30 me voy a la mesa a cenar y a las 10 : 30 me voy a dormir.

Bueno primero se te levantas alas 5 : 15 am te daria mas tiempo rara organizarte y eso, con lo del amuerzo primero llega temprano acasa y reposate y luego alimentate bien, podrias iniciar a hacer tu tarea alas 3 : 30 como no sabemos si la tarea es mucha puedes empezar a organizar tu habitacion alas 5 : 00, la merienda tomala alas 5 : 30 haz receso de tu habitacion y te tomas la merienda, cena alas 7 u 8 pm y vete a dormir alas 9 : 00 o 9 : 30 y asi te rendira mas el tiempo y te levantaras mas temprano.
