The dolphins emit sounds, perform dance moves and jump out of the water to communicate, orient and capture prey.

In addition to this, they use echolocation that allows them to have more information about their prey during hunting.

Their sounds are divided into frequency modulated whistles, sound bursts and clicks.

The latter are used during echolocation.

Their fusiform body (elongated) gives them the ability to swim with fluidity and reduce the resistance of the water to the movements.

Their caudal fin allows propulsion and the pectoral fins guide them when they swim.

The jaws of the dolphins are conformed by homodonta dentition, that is, the teeth are the same with each other.

The brain of these cetaceans is relatively large and well developed, as it is considered one of the most intelligent animals in the world and is required both in amusement centers for entertainment, as well as in health institutions for therapies in children and adults with disabilities.

This of course has generated mixed opinions.
