Usas many con cosas contables (sillas, carros, perros)
Ella tiene muchos perros = she has many dogs
Usas much con cosas que no puedes contar (agua, arena, luz)
Hay tanta agua dentro de mi casa = there is so much water inside my house
Sería raro decir "tengo 2 aguas en mi refrigerador"
"I have many waters in my fridge"
No puedes tener muchas aguas, pero, sí muchas botellas de agua (botellas es algo que puedes contar)
Manera correcta : I have many bottles of water
