El PRESENTE PERFECTO es aquella acción que empieza en el pasado y es terminado en el momento de hablar, por un momento indefinido del pasado o para especificar qué acción sucedió primero en un relato y tiene la estructura

Sujeto + have / has + pasado participio

I've (I have) lost my wallet, so I don't have any money

Primero perdí mi billetera y ahora no tengo dinero

PRESENTE PERFECTO CONTINUO

Es una acción que sucedió en el pasado y continúa hasta ahora, se utiliza como en todos los continuos el verbo + ING (gerundio en español)

I have been working here the last two years

He estado trabajando aquí los últimos dos años.

Los "state verbs" NO se utilizan en el PRESENTE PERFECTO CONTINUO.

Y éstas son acciones que no se pueden controlar o no se pueden controlar o existir (believe, live, work (Como acción), collect, know, understand, have(posesión), belong, think, be, etc.
