mirá el going to se utiliza con un futuro preciso que pasará en un tiempo determinado
tato para afirmarlo para interrogarlo y para negarlo, el going to debe estar procedido por el verbo to be
ose
I am going to be here
Voy a estar allí
She is going to go
Ella va a ir
osea si queres preguntar pones el verbo to be adelante
Is she going to go
¿Va a venir ella?
Y para negar lo mismo pero con el not depues del verbo to be
I am not going to be here
En cambio si queres utilizar un futuro indeterminado podes usar will que este no precisa verbo to be
I will stay at home.

El Will es un futuro y se niega poniéndolo en negativo Will en negativo es won't o Will not
Y el be going to se niega poniendo en negativo el verbo to be , am not - isn't - aren't y Luego el going to.
