el agua esta asi de contaminada por todos los seres humanos, ya que estos tienen la reponsabilidad de mantenerla limpia (incluyendome), yo creo que para mantener el agua limpia rimero hay que estar concientes de lo que hacemos y tratar de realizar actividades que no afecten de manera negativa el medio ambiente.
