Some are good because it allows us to develop and are more efficient and thanks to them it can be easier for example is the mobile in which many things can be done such as studying, talking, etc.
The downside of these advances is that they can create vices and some damage our health for example one should not spend a lot of time in front of a computer because it damages the eyes and shortens a few years of life to be more than 8 hours, etc.
