En resumen
The story is based in a girl that lives with her mother only. The mother is really strict and organized.

The movie starts when they are making an audition for a new school (The best of the town) but at the moment of the audition the girl faint, she and her mother feel really sad and frustated, so they decided to take another oporutnity next year.
They move to the new house in which the mother shows to the girl her life plan on a board (everything is neadly organized).
The next day when the mother goes to work accidentally the girl meets an old man and he stars to writing her the little prince storie and his adventures with him.
At the beginning the girl feels surprized and she thinks that the man are crazy.
Because she is like a little adult , because her mother never learn to him to dream or imimgin, that's the most important of the movie , that old man teaches her to be a child throw the little princ.
