Nótese que el número 7 no pertenece a la serie de números en base 7, si no que se representa como 10 ; esto da lugar a la siguiente interpretación : un número en cualquier base no permite símbolos más allá de la serie correspondiente. Así, el número (384)5 sería un número en base 5 incorrecto pues presenta el símbolo 8, cuando la serie en base 5 sólo admite a 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4. Gracias!
