Alguien me puede hacer un resumen del libro Death on the Nile de Agatha Cristhie?

Death on the Nile, as the title of the novel says, tells the murder of Linnet Doyle while she enjoys her honeymoon on the Karnak boat traveling the Nile and discovering the fascinating temples of Pharaonic Egypt.

But the story does not begin with the murder of the young woman, but her story begins a few months before Linnet and Simon met.

Later, the novel will take a leap forward in the time in which we will find the couple happily married and will be thereafter when the tragic events are unleashed.

In the course of the story, Agatha Christie will introduce little by little and one by one all the characters that will be part of it and that for different reasons will end up integrating part of the passengers of the Karnak where the crime occurs.

As usual in Agatha Christie's novels (or at least the ones I've read), the story is starring many characters apart from Hercule Poirot, his famous detective and the Doyle couple.

Jacqueline Bellefort, Mrs.

Allerton and Tim Allerton, Charles Bessner, Rosalie Otterbourne, Cornelia Robson, Mr.

Race, Andrew Pennington, etc.

Whenever I start a book by this author, seeing so many characters I think I'm going to make a tremendous mess, but finally they slowly introduce themselves into the story, naturally causing me to not confuse myself at all.

All these characters will in turn form part of the enigmas that surround the death of Linnet, for although it is aboard the ship Jacqueline Bellefort, former girlfriend of Simon Doyle and close friend of Linnet ; who has threatened to kill them both because of their spite, another series of intrigues will make any member of the Karnak passengers suspicious.

This is because the crime may well have been driven by a passionate motive but .

And what actually motivated the murder of the rich Linnet was money?

Or envy?

Was his murder calculated beforehand?

Was it the propitious moment for the murderer?

Did you know this and Linnet?

To all these questions Hercule Poirot must answer with his friend Mr.

Race.

Hercule Poirot is a very methodical detective when solving the crimes or rather to show who is the one who has committed them, because he has a privileged brain and always knows shortly to know the crime who is the culprit.

Therefore, what this detective is dedicated throughout the novel is to check by tying strings and asking questions whether he was right with his theory or not.
