En resumen
Para decir una oracion en negativo se aplica lo siguiente yo = I do not tu = You don't el = does not ella = doesn't 1 va el sujeto despues si es negativo y ultimo una oracion Ido not live in spain = no vivo en españa.

Para hacer una oración negativa en Present Simple con el Verb To Be (am, is, are) u otros verbos tienes que usar NOT
Ejemplo : - Affirmative Negative
Rose is a nurse Rose is not a nurse ó Rose isn't a nurse
I am starving I am not starving ó I'm not starving
cuando usas otro verbo como drinks (beber) tienes que usar un auxiliar que es DO que se usa para I , You, we, They ó DOES que se utiliza para He, She, It
Ejemplo :
Affirmative Negative
John drinks coffee John does not drink coffee / John doesn't drink coffee
cuando vas a hacer negación solo en las terceras personas del singular ( HE ; SHE ; IT ) el verbo queda igual es decir borras en este caso la S porque ya lo estas conjugando en el auxiliar
